Stephen M. Wagner graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 with B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and received his J.D. cum laude from the Indiana School of Law - Bloomington in 1994.

He was selected for the U.S. Attorney General's Honors Program and worked as staff counsel for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1994-1995 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In 1996 Mr. Wagner returned to Indianapolis to practice with the firm of Riley Bennett & Egloff working in the area of insurance defense litigation.
In 1997 Mr. Wagner founded the Wagner Law Firm, P.C., where he practiced exclusively in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, worker's compensation, civil rights and medical malpractice.
Mr Wagner is a sustaining member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
In June, 2000, Mr. Wagner joined partners Jason R. Reese and Trevor J. Crossen to form Wagner Reese & Crossen, LLP, a firm dedicated to representing injury victims throughout Indiana.

Jason R. Reese

Jason R. Reese received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 1994 where he was President of his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Order, and graduated at the top of his class, magna cum laude.
Mr. Reese received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 1997.  During law school, he clerked at the Cook County States Attorney's Office - Felony Trial Division.
In 1997, Mr. Reese practiced his first year with the Lake County, Indiana law firm of Hilbrich Cunningham & Schwerd where he worked in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and estate litigation. At the time, he also
He worked part-time for the Federal Public Defender's Office defending Spanish-speaking criminal defendants in Federal Court. 
In August, 1998, Mr. Reese moved to Indianapolis and worked with a personal injury law firm where he successfully tried several personal injury cases.

Mr. Reese is currently a Chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, sits on a Board of Governors with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is also a member of the prestigious honor society, the Indianapolis Sagamore Inn of Court and sits on the Indianapolis Board of Directors for the University of Arizona Alumni Association.
In 2002, Mr. Reese was recognized by the Indiana State Bar Association as the "Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year".

Trevor J. Crossen

Mr. Crossen concentrates his practice in representing injury victims relating to motor vehicle, semi-truck, construction-site, dog bite and premises liability accidents as well as severe and catastrophic work-related injuries.  

Mr. Crossen received his B.A. at Princeton University in 1991, where he helped lead Princeton University 's football team to an Ivy League Cham­pionship in 1989.
Mr. Crossen received his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1995. 
Prior to his formation of the law firm of Wagner Reese and Crossen, he practiced with the law firm of Riley Bennett & Egloff in Indianapolis where he worked primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and worker's compensation. 
Mr. Crossen is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Litigation Section), the Indiana State Bar Association (Council Member at Large), the Indiana Trial Law­yers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.  He is a Barrister member of the prestigious American Sagamore Inn of Court.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
